Thats right, im finally off that bloody ship! it was SO MUCH FUN!!! first, we had orientation and safety regulations to go over, which was cool cause i got to wear the life jacket for a while. then after that, we went to some show and watched the cruise director Karl (he was awesome! hes english!) he's so funny! he was like the comedian of the ship. well, that day took forever to just take off, cause we couldnt set sail till 5pm. the next day we were in catalina! it was so cool there... it was small, and everything was so expensive, so i wouldnt want to ever live there. we went on a glass boat tour of the ocean and saw the sea life there. then we took some bus tour around the island. it was cool. that night we ate at the Destiny restaurant where, its like a 5 star restaurant, with umm... you get anything you wan, they dont charge you though. so theres a 5 coarse meal. of course, melanie cannot eat that much so she only got like... little bits of things. i got so much sea food though! like... first day was tilapia, then salmon, then some weird shrimp thing. then at the buffet they had all you can eat sushi, dessert, pizza 24 hours a day! i loved the sushi! it was yummeh -n_~ they even had dessert sushi, which was amazing! it was just rice and slices of fruit well....except for the sweetened rice, it had honey in it or something, and watermelon sliced on top. my favorite one had strawberry and blueberry on top. after that night, we went to see a broadway show, which was amazing as well. i never knew i liked that stuff. the next day we arrived in ensanada mexico! It was so cool there! my mom and i took a cooking class at the mango mango, a restaurant there that featured mango drinks.. you know, mexicos legal drinking age is 4 years old. i could have gotten WASTED there that day! but i chose not to because i knew people would be disappointed in me at home if i did. but i did try everything. some of it was god aweful! ibut some was ok, you couldnt tell there was alcohol in it. of course i only had a sip. after that i stuck to the fruit smoothies on board. everything in mexico was cool! i bought so much stuff there too cause well.. i didnt have a choice. the people there would corner you and kind of force you to buy it, like one guy kept making me try on anklets......T___T i was like "yes yes, they're very pretty.... i cant do it though!" " no no you must try this on! its nice, no?" so i ended up buying one and running! lol i got like.... 4 pieces of jewlery and a dress. they kept trying to sell my mom 500$ tanzanite rings. they were beautiful! but outrageous.... i know these people probably needed the money, but we didnt have that much to spend there like that lol XD we would have gone broke! i had a great time in mexico.

later that night there was a fiesta on the top deck!!! I HAD SO MUCH FUN! i was in all the line dances and got in the conga line! -n_n-;; the conga line was a race aswell, and luckily for me the red team won...which was my team. we did old dances i knew and then new ones! they were cool, im gonna teach them to people if i remember them. i was out till 1 am for that fiesta! -n_n-;; the next day was a full day at sea. luckily for us, there were tons of activities to do. there was a chocolate buffet at noon! that was my sisters major event, as for me... i was waiting for 2:12pm, which was the austin powers dance class! there i learned how to dance like austin powers. it was up on stage, and people even came in a watched us dance! oh how i miss being up on stage! after our performance, we went back up on the top deck and partied some more on stage with the cruise directors. ALOT of people were afraid to get up on stage so it was just me and a few other girls. mind you, those other girls were 45 or so.... but we were doing some more line dances. i learned the train, and some new australian dance up there. i did great though, my dad tells me im a great dancer actually....of course he was probably being nice....i dont think i can dance for anything. but i sure did alot of it during the fiesta!

I have many many pictures of the cruise, i'll post them on myspace....i'll make a seperate folder for them. i have a few really nice ones during the formal dinner night. (that was from when the captain came to dine with us). oh oh!!!!! I promised i would come back with a ship, and i have kept my promise, though it may be....5 inches tall. its a tiny wooden pirate ship i found in catalina. -n___n- its so cute! they had alot of pirate things, i was in heaven.. too bad they were so expensive there.

I had a great time, as you can tell... but i did miss everyone so much! you dont know how many times i wished that my friends were with me.... i needed them.. i knew for sure they would have partied like an animal with me... i had to do that alone with a bunch of strangers cause my parents and sister wouldnt... though it would have been strange to party with my parents... my sister... she wouldnt do anything fun with me. i know for sure if i had Emily and Steph with me they would have. i know i wouldnt have been so lonley... oh well, next time im definately bringing everyone with me! -n_~ my mom is actually making plans for next year, shes thinking that for graduation we can go to disneyland or another cruise but i can bring as many friends as i want! she said they would have to help pay their way... which is understandable cause those places can add up. but i really want to. i think a cruise would be great if we wanted to sail away from the troubles of the world..... im serious, its like the world and all its problems dissolved when we sailed off... but disneyland is disneyland... you cant go wrong...unless you dont like small children. i would probably spend a fortune in the POTC section XD (not kidding either)

Wooo... i feel like i still have my sea legs.... i can almost feel the waves... X.x oh well. OMG one last thing! i did great on my report card!!!! which was odd... cause i was expecting a big fat F for history.... and a C for math....= \ oh well i will not complain -n_n- well im gonna go now before i drive anyone nuts XD
